Aqualis H2Oil Water Based Timber Finish - Merbau - Available in 4 L and 10 L

Aqualis H2Oil Timber is a specially formulated finish designed to protect all types of wood, both indoors and outdoors. This durable finish penetrates deeply into the wood, providing excellent protection against weathering and sun damage.

Before applying H2Oil Timber, it is important to properly prepare the wood surface using Aqualis Timber Clean and Timber Prep. This preparation helps prevent stains, discoloration, and adhesion problems. For reapplications on existing H2Oil finishes, thorough cleaning of the surface is sufficient.

Ensure the surface is clean and dry before application. Use a lamb’s wool applicator, brush, roller, or rag to apply the finish evenly, avoiding excessive application that can cause uneven drying.

Recoating is possible after one hour. With light use and protection from direct sunlight, recoating may only be needed every 2 to 4 years. Regular cleaning with H2Deck Bright will help maintain the finish.

Keep in mind that direct sunlight can eventually damage wood over time, even with this protective coating, and high-traffic areas may wear faster. When wood appears weathered, clean it and apply a maintenance coat of H2Oil to restore its look.
