Aqualis No Fungle Pro Available in 4L and 10L
Aqualis No Fungal Pro is a universal, water-based pre-treatment and preservative designed for properly prepared timber, wood composites, concrete, and stone pavers. It works to inhibit the regrowth of algae, fungi, lichen, and mildew, helping keep surfaces cleaner for longer.
Raw Timber Preparation
-
Make sure the surface is dry, clean, and free of dirt, grease, or biological growth.
-
Clean with Timber Clean solution: pre-wet the surface and surrounding area, scrub gently with a soft bristle broom or brush, and let it sit for 3–5 minutes without drying out.
-
Neutralize using Timber Prep solution, scrubbing again and rinsing thoroughly.
-
Lightly sand with 80–150 grit paper to remove raised fibers or impurities.
-
Test water absorption — if water beads on the surface, repeat the cleaning steps.
-
Apply diluted No Fungal Pro liberally and allow it to dry before applying any protective coatings.
Wood Plastic Composite (WPC) Cleaning

-
Rinse thoroughly with water.
Light Cleaning

Dilute Composite Bright (1 part solution to 10 parts water).
-
Pre-wet the surface with water.
-

Maintenance Tips
-
Microbial growth is influenced by factors like ventilation, moisture, and debris. Solve underlying issues to prevent recurrence.
-
Regularly check coated decking for weathering or damage.
-
Wash with Deck Bright and let dry.
-
For WPC surfaces, treat exposed areas with Composite Bright; for timber, use Timber Clean/Timber Prep on grey or weathered spots.
-
Always re-treat cleaned surfaces with diluted No Fungal Pro and allow to dry fully.
-
Apply maintenance topcoats when needed — use Aqualis Composite Sealer for WPC and Aqualis H2Oil for timber.
